Homemade Pimento Cheese

- 2 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 4 ounces white cheddar cheese grated shopping list
- 4 ounces sharp yellow cheddar cheese grated shopping list
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper roasted skinned and sliced into strips shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together by hand then blend in batches in food processor until almost smooth.
- Serve immediately or chill up to one week.
