Courtesy of Andrea's Recipes, this makes one 10" pancake. I'm not certain it's enough for four.. my mother-in-law used to serve this as a dessert!

This is a fall favorite in our household. My recipe is similiar to this though uses more eggs, flour, milk and includes baking powder. My recipe serves five to six. I prefer the granny smith when making this delicious breakfast as they prove to be very tart.
