This traditional Italian meal is wonderful to premake and freeze. Everyone will love it! Takes a little more prep time because filling should be chilled.

Ingredients
  • 1 large Container of Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 eggs scrambled
  • 1/2 pound Mozzerella
  • 1/2 pound cheddar or another sharp cheese
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 box of Shells
  • 1-2 jars of sauce (your liking)

Directions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients, minus the shells and sauce, and chill
  2. Cook shells 4 min. at boil, drain and lay on wax paper to cool
  3. Stuff the shells with the chilled ingredients
  4. Layer pan with sauce, lay shells in pan, and pour sauce over the shells.
  5. Bake at 350, for 30 minutes
