This is really simple omelet recipe.

Ingredients
- Mix 3 eggs, 1 1/2 Tbsp of water and season with pepper. Heat up a non-stick frying pan really hot.
- Toss margarine in pan, quickly followed by the egg mix and cook. Tilt pan to make sure the eggs cook evenly.
- Take off the heat while still a little wet. Toss in mushrooms, fat reduced feta and fresh oregano. Fold in half, throw on a plate, eat.
