A quick-to-assemble casserole sure to please everyone. Excellent with a Caesar salad and garlic bread.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of your favourite spaghetti sauce, homemade or commercial
  • 1 large package frozen Italian sausage filled ravioli or ravioli of your choice (do not thaw or precook)
  • 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Place 1 cup spahetti sauce in a greased 2 qt baking dish. Top with half of each of the ravioli, mozzarella, spinach and parmesan. Repeat layers.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  3. Variations: add a layer of sliced mushrooms and/or thinly sliced red or green bell peppers between the layers of pasta.
