How to make it

  • Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature before beginning
  • Put the mustard, egg yolks, vinegar, salt & pepper in a mixing bowl & whisk.
  • Slowly pour the oil into the mixture until you have added the same amount as the egg yolks & vinegar
  • Now add the rest of the oil more quickly whilst whisking
