Mustard Mayonnaise

- 1 tbs English mustard(I use english because it has a strong flavour but whatever is your preferance, Ive used wholegrain before just for a change & it was very different but just as nice) shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 tsp salt shopping list
- a pinch of ground white pepper shopping list
- 300ml sunflower oil shopping list
How to make it
- Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature before beginning
- Put the mustard, egg yolks, vinegar, salt & pepper in a mixing bowl & whisk.
- Slowly pour the oil into the mixture until you have added the same amount as the egg yolks & vinegar
- Now add the rest of the oil more quickly whilst whisking
