- 12 oz. carob chips shopping list
- 8 oz peanut butter shopping list
- 1 stick butter (you may substitute a vegetarian margarine) shopping list
- 1 cup sunflower seeds shopping list
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes shopping list
- 1 cup wheat germ shopping list
- 1 cup nuts shopping list
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor, finely chop the dry ingredients and put in a large mixing bowl.
- In a double boiler melt the carob chips and butter or margarine.
- Add the peanut butter and mix well.
- Add the melted carob mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing well.
- Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Press in the mixture.
- Chill and cut.
