Ingredients
  • 12 oz. carob chips
  • 8 oz peanut butter
  • 1 stick butter (you may substitute a vegetarian margarine)
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

Directions
  1. In a food processor, finely chop the dry ingredients and put in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a double boiler melt the carob chips and butter or margarine.
  3. Add the peanut butter and mix well.
  4. Add the melted carob mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing well.
  5. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  6. Press in the mixture.
  7. Chill and cut.
