How to make it

  • In a food processor, finely chop the dry ingredients and put in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a double boiler melt the carob chips and butter or margarine.
  • Add the peanut butter and mix well.
  • Add the melted carob mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing well.
  • Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Press in the mixture.
  • Chill and cut.

    ok you have the pn butter and seeds but this is just like the commercial "protein" bars that are loaded with carbs normally.

    doesn't sound very healthy....where is the protein? Can't find a bodybuilder/body sculpting protein recipe. Guess I am going to have to do on my own.
