Romaine Hearts with Goat Cheese Dressing

- 2 slices bacon,thinly sliced crosswise shopping list
- 3oz. fresh goat cheese,room temperature shopping list
- 1/4c milk shopping list
- 1Tbs white-wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 hearts romaine lettuce,halved lengthwise. shopping list
How to make it
- In skillet,cook bacon over medium heat,stirring occasionally till brown and crisp 8 to 10 mins. Transfer to paper-towel lined plate.
- In a bowl,whisk the cheese milk and vinegar;season with salt and pepper. Drizzle romaine with dressing and top with bacon.
