Romaine hearts with a tasty goat cheese dressing with bacon.

Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon,thinly sliced crosswise
- 3oz. fresh goat cheese,room temperature
- 1/4c milk
- 1Tbs white-wine vinegar
- 2 hearts romaine lettuce,halved lengthwise.
Directions
- In skillet,cook bacon over medium heat,stirring occasionally till brown and crisp 8 to 10 mins. Transfer to paper-towel lined plate.
- In a bowl,whisk the cheese milk and vinegar;season with salt and pepper. Drizzle romaine with dressing and top with bacon.
