Spicey Basil Beef

This is a great dish full of flavor and easy to make
Ingredients
- 2T oil shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 1/2 Lb. sliced tender beef shopping list
- 1tea. chpped thia chilies , chopped fine shopping list
- 1/4 C sliced onions shopping list
- 1C fresh basil leaves shopping list
- 1T oyster sauce shopping list
- 2T fish sause shopping list
- 1T sugar shopping list
- 1/8tea white pepper shopping list
- 1/4C chopped cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Heat pan
- add oil garlic and chilies saute for 1min.
- Add beef stir fry for 1min.
- add onions and basil
- Add oyster fish sauses sugar and pepper
- cook till beef is done about 1/2 min
- Remove from heat top with cilontro
