Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place mint leaves and sugar in small glass or pottery bowl and crush leaves well with wooden or plastic spoon or use a mortar and pestle to break them up and create a grainy "paste" type mixture.
  • Add about 2t of mixture to bottom of serving glass
  • Fill glass about 1/2 full with crushed ice
  • Top with 1/4-1/2 cup peach juice, rum, then fill with club soda
  • Garnish with mint, if desired
