- 4 TBS OF VEG oil shopping list
- 4-8 eggs (BEATEN W/4 TBS milk) shopping list
- 1/2 PKG bacon (CUT UP INTO SM. PIECES) **COOKED** shopping list
- SAUSAGE- 2-4 LINKS (CUT UP) OR 1/4 roll (COOKED) shopping list
- 11/2 C cheese (GRATED) shopping list
- 1/3 C FINELY CHOPPED onion shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- salt TO TASTE shopping list
- ( IF USING LEFT OVER ENCHILADAS OMIT sausage & tortillas) shopping list
- ** YOU MAY ALSO USE CHILE CON CARNE ONCE eggs ARE COOKED** shopping list
How to make it
- IN A FRYING PAN OR SKILLET PLACE OVER MED. HEAT ADD OIL.
- ONCE OIL IS HOT ADD TORTILLA STRIPS AND FRY TORTILLAS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN BUT NOT CRUNCHY ADD ONION WHILE FRYING.
- ADD EGGS, GARLIC POWDER, SAUSAGE & BACON.
- ADD SALT TO TASTE. SPRINKLE CHEESE OVER MIXTURE.
- ** IF USING ENCHILADAS ADD ENCHILADAS UNTIL WARM , ADD EGGS GARLIC POWDER.**
