Ingredients
  • 1 lb. mild pork sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper, optional
  • 1 pkg. pillsbury croissants
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. brown sausage,drain
  2. in an 8x8 pan place 1/2 of croissant rolls flat on bottom of pan
  3. place sausage mix, green pepper and cheese on top of dough
  4. whip the 2 eggs and pour over mixture
  5. place last 4 croissants flat on top
  6. bake @ 350 for 20-30 min or until golden brown
  7. enjoy!
