sausage casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • brown sausage,drain
  • in an 8x8 pan place 1/2 of croissant rolls flat on bottom of pan
  • place sausage mix, green pepper and cheese on top of dough
  • whip the 2 eggs and pour over mixture
  • place last 4 croissants flat on top
  • bake @ 350 for 20-30 min or until golden brown
  • enjoy!
