Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix together all of the ingredients except the bread slices.
  • Spread one side of toasted bread with the crabmeat mixture; place bread on cookie sheet.
  • Broil until the tops are just lightly browned.
  • Serve immediately.
  • **To toast the small cocktail bread slices easily, line a cookie sheet with the bread slices; place in a preheated 425 degree oven.
  • Watch bread carefully, as bottoms should brown first.
  • When bottoms are slightly toasted, flip the slices and continue to bake until other side is lightly toasted.

I love appetizers, I could eat these for dinner. I had lots of time in the 50's to watch TV, how did I miss this one. This just sounds so good and easy....:)
