Hash Brown Quiche

- 1 24 oz bag of frozen hah browns, thawed shopping list
- 1/3 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cojack cheese shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup diced cooked ham shopping list
- 1/4 cup sauteed onions, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup sauteed green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 2/3 cup cream or milk shopping list
- 3-4 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Grease quiche pan with butter.
- Press thawed hash brown potatoes between paper towels
- Fit the potatoes into pan, cutting and trimming to fit and make a solid crust.
- Brush potatoes with melted butter, being sure to brush sides also.
- Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
- Remove from oven and fill with layers of cheese, ham, onions, and green pepper.
- Beat cream and 3 or 4 eggs together and pour over cheese, ham, and veggies.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
