Tomato and Basil Rigatoni

- 12 oz uncooked rigatoni shopping list
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh basil shopping list
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except rigatoni, mix well
- Let stand at room temperature for at least 15 minutes to marinate.
- Boil water and cook pasta
- Drain noodles
- Add to tomato mixture and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately
- Makes 4 1 1/2 cup servings
