No fail Yorkshire Puddings

- for 6-8 Yorkshire puddings (muffin tin size) shopping list
- you want to take 3 eggs, break into a jug shopping list
- now you want the same amount of flour as the eggs shopping list
- and the same amount of milk shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 2 tbls cold water shopping list
How to make it
- beat the eggs, flour, milk and salt till light and frothy
- let stand for at least an hour at room temp.
- using, beef drippings or oil, pop a bit into each muffin pan and into a very hot oven (400F or 200C) till the fat is smoking, about 8min.
- meanwhile stir batter again while adding 2 tablespoons cold water
- pour into hot muffin pans up to 2/3 full and pop into hot oven for about 25-30 min or until well risen and golden brown
- serve with your roast and veg with lashings of gravy
