Special Chocolate Fudge Pie

- almond Crust shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup Splenda shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/4 cup softened butter. shopping list
- pie filling. shopping list
- 2 packages fat free - sugar free chocolate fudge pudding. shopping list
- 1/2 tub Cool Whip. shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 1/2 tub Cool Whip shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons russell stover candy. shopping list
How to make it
- Almond Crust
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup softened butter.
- In a medium bowl, Add all the ingredients stir just until well combined. Press into lightly greased pie pan. Bake at 350* 8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Pie Filling.
- 2 packages fat free - sugar free chocolate fudge pudding.
- 1/2 tub cool whip.
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup water
- 2- packages Russell Stover sugar free candy any kind you like. ( I use Caramel and Toffee mixed together )( there will be about 5-6 pieces of candy per package use all of them).
- Topping
- 1/2 tub cool whip
- 3 Tablespoons russell stover candy.
- Let the cool whip set out until soft.
- Chop the russell stover candy into small pieces , (remove 3 tablespoons for topping.)
- In a medium bowl add pudding mix , heavy cream and water, with mixer blend until thick, (this will be very thick) add cool whip mix well. Add the russell strover candy mix well.
- Spread pudding mixture into pie crust, top with cool whip, sprinkle the top with the 3 tablespoons russell stover candy.
- Chill in the refrigerate, about 2-3 hour
- Serving 8-16
- 8 servings is very large so I cut mine into 16 servings.
