How to make it

  • Almond Crust
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup softened butter.
  • In a medium bowl, Add all the ingredients stir just until well combined. Press into lightly greased pie pan. Bake at 350* 8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Pie Filling.
  • 2 packages fat free - sugar free chocolate fudge pudding.
  • 1/2 tub cool whip.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 2- packages Russell Stover sugar free candy any kind you like. ( I use Caramel and Toffee mixed together )( there will be about 5-6 pieces of candy per package use all of them).
  • Topping
  • 1/2 tub cool whip
  • 3 Tablespoons russell stover candy.
  • Let the cool whip set out until soft.
  • Chop the russell stover candy into small pieces , (remove 3 tablespoons for topping.)
  • In a medium bowl add pudding mix , heavy cream and water, with mixer blend until thick, (this will be very thick) add cool whip mix well. Add the russell strover candy mix well.
  • Spread pudding mixture into pie crust, top with cool whip, sprinkle the top with the 3 tablespoons russell stover candy.
  • Chill in the refrigerate, about 2-3 hour
  • Serving 8-16
  • 8 servings is very large so I cut mine into 16 servings.
