Special Chocolate  Fudge Pie Recipe
You can make this pie with any pudding flavor you like. You can also use nuts in place of the Russell Stover sugar free candy.

Ingredients
  • Almond Crust
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup softened butter.
  • Pie Filling.
  • 2 packages fat free - sugar free chocolate fudge pudding.
  • 1/2 tub cool whip.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup water
  • Topping
  • 1/2 tub cool whip
  • 3 Tablespoons russell stover candy.

Directions
  1. Almond Crust
  2. 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  3. 1/2 cup Splenda
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  6. 1/4 cup softened butter.
  7. In a medium bowl, Add all the ingredients stir just until well combined. Press into lightly greased pie pan. Bake at 350* 8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
  8. Pie Filling.
  9. 2 packages fat free - sugar free chocolate fudge pudding.
  10. 1/2 tub cool whip.
  11. 1 cup heavy cream
  12. 1 cup water
  13. 2- packages Russell Stover sugar free candy any kind you like. ( I use Caramel and Toffee mixed together )( there will be about 5-6 pieces of candy per package use all of them).
  14. Topping
  15. 1/2 tub cool whip
  16. 3 Tablespoons russell stover candy.
  17. Let the cool whip set out until soft.
  18. Chop the russell stover candy into small pieces , (remove 3 tablespoons for topping.)
  19. In a medium bowl add pudding mix , heavy cream and water, with mixer blend until thick, (this will be very thick) add cool whip mix well. Add the russell strover candy mix well.
  20. Spread pudding mixture into pie crust, top with cool whip, sprinkle the top with the 3 tablespoons russell stover candy.
  21. Chill in the refrigerate, about 2-3 hour
  22. Serving 8-16
  23. 8 servings is very large so I cut mine into 16 servings.
