Blackened Snapper Cajun Style Recipe
Oh! What a lovely dish we had this in Texas and I just had to get the recipe, I used bribery of course it cost me a few shots of good bourbon.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of thyme
  • ½ teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Four 6 to 8 ounce snapper fillets
  • Melted butter

Directions
  1. Dip snapper in melted butter and sprinkle on the Cajun spice.
  2. Pan Fry over high heat until cooked.
  3. Serve with a spicy salsa.
