Marshmallow Chocolate Cookie Lollipops Recipe

How to make it

  • Cover a knife in cornflour.
  • Cut a marshmallow in two with the knife.
  • Put one half of a marshmallow on one cookie.
  • Microwave for about a minute or until the marshmallow is doubled up in size and puffed.
  • Put another round cookie on top.
  • Press lightly down.
  • Push the stick through the marshmallow centre.
  • Spread some melted chocolate on one cookie.
  • Press the decoration down in the chocolate.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Eat!!!

    Big as my kids are (adults) they still love these so always have to have Marie biscuits and marshmallows in the "Treats cupboard" for them. My British son-in-law has also become a big fan.
