Ingredients

Round cookies

marshmallows

Long narrow, rounded sticks

chocolate, melted

Sweets (candy) for decoration

Sprinkles or anything else for decoration

Directions

Cover a knife in cornflour.

Cut a marshmallow in two with the knife.

Put one half of a marshmallow on one cookie.

Microwave for about a minute or until the marshmallow is doubled up in size and puffed.

Put another round cookie on top.

Press lightly down.

Push the stick through the marshmallow centre.

Spread some melted chocolate on one cookie.

Press the decoration down in the chocolate.

Refrigerate.

Eat!!!

Big as my kids are (adults) they still love these so always have to have Marie biscuits and marshmallows in the "Treats cupboard" for them. My British son-in-law has also become a big fan.
