An incredibly quick, and easy dish. Certainly does not resemble a dip, but dip lovers will enjoy this recipe. Delicious!

Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz) box frozen spinach; chopped, thawed and liquid removed
  • 1 (4 oz) package crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (4 oz) can of artichoke hearts, chopped (remove leaf tips)
  • 1 (1 oz) package of dry, ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 tsp garlic, finely diced

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, feta and cream cheese, artichokes, dressing mix and garlic. Combine, with clean hands, until well blended. Form the mixture into a log or ball shape, place on a serving plate and enjoy!
