Spicy Ham Salad Biscuits

- 2 cans chunk ham, drained and flaked shopping list
- 1/4 cup toasted cashews, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chutney shopping list
- 1 teaspoon curry powder shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 (10 oz) can refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits, baked according to package directions shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 5 small tomatoes, thinly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine ham, cashews, mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and garlic powder in a medium bowl
- Set aside
- Separate each biscuit into 2 rounds and place on baking sheets
- Lightly brush each biscuit with milk
- Place a tomato slice on each biscuit half
- Spoon 1 tablespoon ham salad on each biscuit half
- Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
