Spicy Ham Salad Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans chunk ham, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup toasted cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chutney
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (10 oz) can refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits, baked according to package directions
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 5 small tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine ham, cashews, mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and garlic powder in a medium bowl
  3. Set aside
  4. Separate each biscuit into 2 rounds and place on baking sheets
  5. Lightly brush each biscuit with milk
  6. Place a tomato slice on each biscuit half
  7. Spoon 1 tablespoon ham salad on each biscuit half
  8. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
