Catering Potato Salad

- 3 pounds yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut in large dice shopping list
- 1 cup Kraft Catalina salad dressing shopping list
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup celery, diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup black or green olives, sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
- ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- 4 hard cooked eggs, diced shopping list
How to make it
- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water just until tender. Drain.
- While warm, combine potatoes and Catalina salad dressing. Toss gently to coat.
- Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
- Combine chilled potatoes with onion, celery and olives.
- Gently fold in eggs.
- Add mayonnasie, seasoned salt and pepper. Toss.
- Serve or chill.
