How to make it

  • Drain artichokes, reserving marinade.
  • Whisk reserved marinade with vinegar, mustard, lime juice, garlic, salt, marjoram and pepper.
  • Toss together pasta, artichokes, sunflower seeds, cucumber and tomato.
  • Pour dressing over. Toss to coat.
