California Pasta Salad

- 1 (12 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 8 ounces medium shell pasta, cooked and drained shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds shopping list
- 1 small cucumber, halved and sliced shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram shopping list
How to make it
- Drain artichokes, reserving marinade.
- Whisk reserved marinade with vinegar, mustard, lime juice, garlic, salt, marjoram and pepper.
- Toss together pasta, artichokes, sunflower seeds, cucumber and tomato.
- Pour dressing over. Toss to coat.
