Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

1/3 cup milk

1/3 cup tomato ketchup

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

6 hamburger buns

Directions

.Mix together ground beef, soft bread crumbs, milk, ketchup, salt, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and prepared mustard.

Shape into 6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.

Broil 4 inches from the heat, turning once, until done, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve on hamburger buns.

Fast Sauce for Meatballs

Heat 1 cup of grape jelly and 1 cup of cocktail sauce in a medium saucepan and cook on a low heat. Stir mixture constantly until it bubbles. Pour over meatballs.
