How to make it

  • .Mix together ground beef, soft bread crumbs, milk, ketchup, salt, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and prepared mustard.
  • Shape into 6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.
  • Broil 4 inches from the heat, turning once, until done, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve on hamburger buns.

  • Fast Sauce for Meatballs

  • Heat 1 cup of grape jelly and 1 cup of cocktail sauce in a medium saucepan and cook on a low heat. Stir mixture constantly until it bubbles. Pour over meatballs.

    These sound fantastic, just in time for grilling weather. Maureen instead of pany frying,why not broil them in the oven on a broiler pan.
