Lamb Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

1c dry red wine

3/4c soy sauce

4 cloves garlic...crushed

1tsp dried rosemary

ground pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a non-metal bowl. Add lamb and let marinate for 2-3 hours. Broil or Grill.
