Ingredients

Mock Lobster Casserole

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese - grated

2 Cups Medium White sauce

2 Egg yolks

1 lb Fake lobster meat

2 TBS melted butter

1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions

Add cheese to hot white sauce.

Stir until melted and remove from heat.

Add to beaten egg yolks gradually.

Add Fake lobster

Turn into casserole, mix butter and bread crumbs together.

Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes
