Mock Lobster Casserole Recipe

Those of you that might have stumbled across one of my posted recipes realize that I would never mock anything. Not politicians, people laws or turtles, Note even people with turtle necks! But I bet if you have a turtle neck and you wear a shirt with a high round neck you could hide that fact. Read more huh…what would you call a shirt like that? Probably something subtle and fancy that I will never come up with. I am cheating with this recipe for those of you that tuned in last week you will recognize this as the Crab Casserole. "I'm getting desperate for an new posting!" No not really, I just have a hard time spending the money for crab and found some "Lobster Calssic" and "Lobster Delights" on sale for $.88 for 8oz. not a bad deal. The "Lobster Delights" are by Louis Kemp and while they taste more like lobster they tend to fall apart easily, the Lobster Calssic is by trans ocean and they hold together better then the Louis Kemp. The trade off is that they don't have as strong a taste. See less
