This is how I used up my canned tuna and left over puffed shells.

Ingredients
  • 3 small cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 hard boiled egg, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 c sweet onions, diced
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp sweet relish
  • S & P, to taste
  • 1 tsp each chopped: fresh parsley, fresh oregano

Directions
  1. Toss everything in a small bowl. Taste and add seasonings to your liking.
