Easy and delicious baked terriyaki chicken.

Ingredients
  • 1Tbs cornstarch
  • 1Tbs cold water
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/4c cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic,minced
  • 1/2tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4tsp ground black pepper
  • 12 skinless chicken drumsticks and /or thighs

Directions
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat,combine all but chicken. Let simmer,stirring frequently,until sauce thickens and bubbles.
  2. Preheat oven to 425. Place chicken pieces in lightly greased 9x13" baking dish. Brush chicken with the sauce,turn pieces over,and brush again.
  3. Bake for 30 mins. Turn pieces over,and bake another 30 mins,until no longer pink and juices run clear. Brush with sauce every 10 mins during cooking.
