Nancys Easy Artichoke Casserole Recipe

	Midgelet / All my dishes 8 months, 3 weeks ago This was served to me at dinner. It was so tasty I asked for the recipe. My friend said this is so easy, delicious and only has the three ingredients. It can be multiplied as needed Prep:10m Cook:30m Servings:6	Midgelet
	artichokes parmesan cheese mayonaisse easy

Ingredients

1 10 oz to 12 oz or a bit larger can of artichokes in water ( not in marinade )

1 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese ( buy the kind in containers at the deli section )

1 cup mayonnaise

Directions

Drain arichokes

Chop into pieces.

Simple mix the artichokes, cheese and mayo all together.

Place in a small caserole dish

Bake uncovered until hot andbubbly about 30 minutes
