Nancys Easy Artichoke Casserole

This was served to me at dinner. It was so tasty I asked for the recipe. My friend said this is so easy, delicious and only has the three ingredients. It can be multiplied as needed
Ingredients
- 1 10 oz to 12 oz or a bit larger can of artichokes in water ( not in marinade ) shopping list
- 1 cup grated Parmesan or romano cheese ( buy the kind in containers at the deli section ) shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Drain arichokes
- Chop into pieces.
- Simple mix the artichokes, cheese and mayo all together.
- Place in a small caserole dish
- Bake uncovered until hot andbubbly about 30 minutes
