A good lobster salad with a little bit of zip

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked lobster, cut into bit sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 tbls. finely chopped onion
  • 3 tbls. French dressing
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 tbls. white horseradish (or less to taste)
  • Paprika
  • Lettuce leaves

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl combine lobster,celery,onion and french dressing
  2. Chill 30 minutes or longer
  3. Add Mayo and horseradish.
  4. Toss lightly
  5. Line salad bowl with lettuce and fill with lobster mixture
  6. Sprinkle with Paprika
  7. Or fill six fresh rolls with lobster salad mixture and serve
