Ingredients

How to make it

  • Season pork with salt, pepper, and gaarlic powder.
  • Brown quickly in a hot skillet.
  • Layer pork and saurkraut in crockpot, sprinkling a few caraway seeds between layers. { Be careful as too much can overpower}
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Serve with baked potatoes, the juice from the kraut and pork is delicious over them.

    The crock pot can be our friend when on the go. Great for tenderizing meat and blending flavors too.
