Eds Crockpot Pork amp Saurkraut

- 2-3 lbs. pork shoulder steaks, trim exess fat, cut in half shopping list
- 2 cans saurkraut shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- caraway seeds {optional} shopping list
How to make it
- Season pork with salt, pepper, and gaarlic powder.
- Brown quickly in a hot skillet.
- Layer pork and saurkraut in crockpot, sprinkling a few caraway seeds between layers. { Be careful as too much can overpower}
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve with baked potatoes, the juice from the kraut and pork is delicious over them.
