Ingredients
  • 1 bag of baby spinach
  • chicken tenderloins, cooked and chunked
  • 2 avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled, sliced
  • about 15 strawberries, sliced
  • about 1 c. walnuts, halfed
  • 6 radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, quartered and sliced

Directions
  1. Wash spinach and add all ingredients
  2. The salad dressing of your choice. mine is poppyseed .
