Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined shopping list
- 5 cloves of garlic,minced shopping list
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of white wine shopping list
- 1 pound of linguine or other pasta of your choice shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, chopped or a 14oz can of chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil shopping list
- 1 (6oz) package feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium skillet, over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cook shrimp, garlic and white wine for 5 minutes,or until shrimp turn pink
- Remove shrimp with slotted spoon and set aside
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain
- While pasta is cooking, cook tomatoes with remaining olive oil, oregano and basil over medium high heat in wine mixture until tender.
- Toss hot pasta with shrimp, tomato sauce and feta.
- Serve
