I have to agree with your description. Sounds fabulous and would be fabulous on a bun if there are any lefovers. Will be making this soon. Thanks for sharing.

This looks very good

I will definately try this one, it sounds fantastic. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

I was just about to add this recipe! Glad it's already here. This is one of the best meatloaves I've ever had. I've added a couple pics.

This just might be the best looking meatloaf recipe I've seen. I'll make it this weekend. As I've mentioned on other food pages, nothing makes a better sandwich than warm meatloaf. Great posting.

This sounds really yummy. I have bookmarked to try soon. Thanks.

This is my first recipe to try of this site, and what a winner! My boys loved it and already asked when can we cook it again.

Alterations

An alternative to mixing the cheese in would be to place it in the middle of the loaf so that it oozes out when cut. I do this with mozzarella when I make Italian meatloaf.

Cool! I surely will be making this a lot, sorry about my ignorance, but how do you make "burgerwiches"?
