How to make it

  • In small saucepan, heat corn syrup until hot but not boiling.
  • Stir in brown sugar and almond extract.
  • In medium bowl, blend syrup mixture with cream cheese until smooth.
  • Stir in almonds.
  • Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Makes 1 cup.
