How to make it

  • Preheat your oven to 250* while mixing and preparing mixture.
  • Add the peanut butter, sugar & egg in a bowl.
  • Use a fork to mix well.
  • Once it is mixed, place mixture in a freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Using a cookie sheet with an edge around it butter the pan well.
  • (We use a stick of butter to rub all over the pan as we cook them)
  • After 15 minutes, remove the mixture. make quarter size balls, one at a time and flatten them each with a fork in the same direction. This will give it a ridget look on top. lightly tapping the mixture balls until it is about the size of a 50 cent peice.
  • You should have 12 cookies per sheet. Place cookies into the oven for 10 minutes. Replace the unused mixture back into the freezer.
  • You could sprinkly sugar on top of the cookies before placing them in the oven.
  • When time is up let stand for 3 minutes. use a flat metal spatchler to slowly & carefully remove them to a plate until they are cool.
  • Before the cookies cook & before you remove them you can slip side ways mini MM's or other candies with chocolate into the cookies. It gives them a different taste.
  • Great for Parties of all kinds.
  • This mixture makes 3 doz.
  • Repeat steps until all mixture in complete.
