Grape Chutney With White Wine Recipe
This is a Chutney that can be served with chicken, fish or veggies as a topping.

Ingredients
  • Olive oil spray or olive oil that you like.
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onions
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup chopped red seedless grapes
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted green olives
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tsps balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of cinnamon to taste
  • salt and peeper to taste

Directions
  1. Use your saucepan...non stick if you like and either spray with pam (olive oil) or add olive oil AND heat together the onion, garlic and olive oil.
  2. Cook for 5-7 minutes in olive oil till the sweet onion and garlic are softened.
  3. Add grapes, olives, wine, vinegar and cinnamon and increase the heat to medium high..
  4. Simmer uncovered and stirring frequently for about 15-10 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
  5. You can also store the Chutney in an airtight plastic container.....
  6. This dish has no cholesteral and two tablespoons are only 35 calories.
  7. Really good and yummy. And loaded with heart healthy ingredients.
