A quick and easy way to enjoy catfish

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs. catfish
  • Yellow cornmeal
  • 4 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp. mustard

Directions
  1. Cut catfish into small pieces
  2. Mix hot sauce with mustard; dip strips in this mixture and let marinate 2 to 4 hours
  3. Then dredge in yellow cornmeal
  4. Fry in hot oil until brown
