Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 egg, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together dry ingredients. Stir in pecans. Make a well in center.
- Combine egg, milk, and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
- Fill paper-lined muffin pans two-thirds full.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
- Makes 10 muffins
