How to make it

  • Heat oil in frypan, add onion, garlic and chilli and saute for a couple of minutes until onion's soft. Add vegetable, stir to coat with spice.
  • Add water, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes, add the peas and cook 3 minutes further. Stir in coconut milk when vegetables are tender.
  • Serve in a bowl with basmati rice
