How to make it

  • preheat oven 400*
  • prepare topping set aside
  • Prepare filling set aside
  • Combine dry ingredients and toss in diced fruit make a well in center
  • In smaller bowl beat together egg , vanilla, milk, and oil
  • Pour into well stir until just moistened 10 - 15 strokes
  • Pour half of batter into lined muffin cups
  • divide among cups cream cheese filling on top of batter
  • top with rest of batter
  • Sprinkle with topping
  • Bake 20 minutes
