Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped nuts

2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup margarine-softened

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup sour cream

1 large apple chopped

Directions

Combine nuts, 1/2 c. of the sugar and cinnamon and set aside

Now cream margarine & add rest of sugar. Beat

Add eggs one at a time, beat well. Add vanilla

Combine dry ingred. and add alternately with sour cream, beating well each time

Spread half in well greased tube pan (10 in) Now put apples & 1/2 of cinn./sugar mixture on this. Then spread remaining half of batter on this and add the rest of sugar/cinn. mixture. Bake @ 375 deg. for 40 min. Let stand 30 min. before removing from pan.
