Apple Cream Coffee Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine nuts, 1/2 c. of the sugar and cinnamon and set aside
  • Now cream margarine & add rest of sugar. Beat
  • Add eggs one at a time, beat well. Add vanilla
  • Combine dry ingred. and add alternately with sour cream, beating well each time
  • Spread half in well greased tube pan (10 in) Now put apples & 1/2 of cinn./sugar mixture on this. Then spread remaining half of batter on this and add the rest of sugar/cinn. mixture. Bake @ 375 deg. for 40 min. Let stand 30 min. before removing from pan.
