Grilled Salmon With Bacon Recipe

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets, about 1 pound

salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste

4 slices bacon, pre-cooked about 3/4's of the way done

2 T. balsamic vinegar

2 T. dark brown sugar

Directions

Cut bacon in half and distribute evenly over tops of fillets.

Mix vinegar and brown sugar in small bowl.

Gently lay fish on prepared grill or use a grill basket, brush with basting mixture several times until salmon is done to your liking.
