German Potato Salad

                    - 3 lbs. potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 lb. smoked (not maple) bacon, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup cider vineger shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 teaspoons brown mustard seeds shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Boil potatoes until tender but not mushy
- After the potatoes cool, then peel, slice, and put in a serving bowl
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp
- Remove the bacon and drain on a paper towel
- Saute the onion in the bacon fat until tender
- Add the vineagar, sugar, salt, pepper, and mustard seeds
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Pour over the potaoes and toss gently
- Sprinkle or gently fold in the parsley
