Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 6 ears sweet corn husked

Directions
  1. Preheat grill for medium heat.
  2. In a small saucepan melt butter then stir in mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and lemon pepper seasoning.
  3. Place each corn on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and drizzle with butter mixture.
  4. Wrap loosely leaving space for the expansion of steam and seal.
  5. Grill over medium coals for 20 minutes.
