Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • In mixing bowl, combine flour and brown sugar
  • Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs
  • Add coconut and nuts
  • Spread onto greased 15x10 baking sheet
  • Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally
  • Cool
  • Break up into bite size pieces
  • Keep refrigerated
  • 3 cups
