Crunchy Ice Cream Topping Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

1 stick cold butter

1/2 cup flaked coconut

1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts (your choice)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400

In mixing bowl, combine flour and brown sugar

Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs

Add coconut and nuts

Spread onto greased 15x10 baking sheet

Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally

Cool

Break up into bite size pieces

Keep refrigerated

3 cups
