How to make it

  • Mix sugar , cocoa, cornstarch in a bowl and set aside.
  • Heat milk in saucepan until hot but not boiling
  • add sugar mixture and stir over med heat until thickened stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter
  • Serve over biscuits or bread
  • cover with plastic wrap or wax paper if it is going to sit before you serve it as it will form a skin on top ... best when served immediately
