Fillo Peanut Butter Cups

- 1 box(1.9oz) fillo shells(15 in box) shopping list
- 15 miniature peanut butter cups(from a 12 oz bag) shopping list
- 1 can (7oz) whipped light cream shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place fillo shells on baking sheet.
- Place a peanut butter cup in each shell. Bake 5 mins until chocolate softens.
- With metal spatula or knife,flatten and even out chocolate in fillo cup. Let stand at room temperature until cooled.
- Top each filled cup with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chopped salted peanuts,if desired.
- Alternatives: Instead of peanut butter cups,use Rolos(chewy caramel in milk chocolate) or Andes Mints.
- Omit whipped topping and top peanut butter cups with a few marshmallows before baking.
