I mix these two ingredients quickly to serve atop blueberry pancakes, making a semi-interesting breakfast into a rather festive morning celebration!

Ingredients
  • 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup Kool Whip topping

Directions
  1. Soften the cream cheese a bit, then beat in the whipped topping until it is all combined. Although both are white products, it's fairly simple to tell them apart, so you can tell when they are combined, as the cream cheese is a bit more yellowed in color than the whipped topping.
  2. Allow a healthy tablespoon of topping for EACH pancake, using it even between them in a stack.
  3. Finish the dish with your favorite syrup and get ready to fall in love!
