HEAVEN This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Greene Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1991.
Ingredients
- 6 ounce package raspberry gelatin shopping list
- 1 envelope Dream Whip shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple drained shopping list
How to make it
- Make gelatin according to instructions on box.
- Refrigerate when cool and leave in refrigerator until it starts to congeal.
- Mix Dream Whip according to directions on package then blend in cream cheese.
- Beat until smooth then set aside.
- In separate mixing bowl whip chilled gelatin until it starts to get foamy.
- Add Dream Whip cream cheese mixture to gelatin and mix until smooth.
- Fold in drained pineapple then pour into plastic or glass dish the size of a cake pan.
- Refrigerate overnight then serve.
