HEAVEN This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Greene Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1991.

Ingredients
  • 6 ounce package raspberry gelatin
  • 1 envelope Dream Whip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 20 ounce can crushed pineapple drained

Directions
  1. Make gelatin according to instructions on box.
  2. Refrigerate when cool and leave in refrigerator until it starts to congeal.
  3. Mix Dream Whip according to directions on package then blend in cream cheese.
  4. Beat until smooth then set aside.
  5. In separate mixing bowl whip chilled gelatin until it starts to get foamy.
  6. Add Dream Whip cream cheese mixture to gelatin and mix until smooth.
  7. Fold in drained pineapple then pour into plastic or glass dish the size of a cake pan.
  8. Refrigerate overnight then serve.
